DOUGLAS, Oscar

Oscar Douglas, 65, of Cattle Creek Path in Elliston departed this life Sunday morning at his home in the loving care of his family and Carilion Hospice. He was born in Columbia, SC on March 28, 1950 a son of the late Luther and Portia Hornsby Douglas. He took care of maintenance at the mobile home park where he lived.

He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife Elizabeth Johnson Douglas; his sons Ethan Douglas of Roanoke, Tyler Douglas of Rocky Mount, Thomas Douglas of Roanoke, Andrew Douglas of Hopkins, SC; his daughters Clara Kent of Augusta, GA and Amanda Douglas of Elliston; his four grandchildren; his brothers Luther Douglas of Columbia, SC, Clyde Douglas of Hopkins, SC, George Douglas of Charleston, SC, Richard Douglas of Blythewood, SC, Danny Douglas of Columbia, SC; his sisters Beth Douglas and Marilyn Douglas.
