Peggy Hite Tobin, 79 of Narrows, passed away Thursday, April 16th, 2015. A graveside service will be held Monday, April 20th, 2015 at 12 noon at Fairview Cemetery in Narrows. The family will receive friends at Riffe’s Funeral Chapel Monday from 11 AM until just prior to the graveside service.
